3.1 Initial Term The Program includes an initial three (3) month commitment (the “Initial Term”), billed in convenient monthly installments. By enrolling, you agree to remain financially responsible for all payments due during the Initial Term, regardless of participation, usage, or early cancellation. 3.2 Automatic Continuation Upon completion of the Initial Term, the Program will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by you in accordance with these Terms. 3.3 Cancellation You may cancel your participation at any time; however: Cancellation during the Initial Term does not relieve you of your obligation to complete all payments for the Initial Term. Cancellations made after the Initial Term will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

7.1 Optional Nature The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Referral Incentive Program. Participation is entirely optional and not a required or core component of the Program. 7.2 Referral Bonus Structure Eligible participants may receive a one-time referral bonus equal to 30% of the referred participant’s initial enrollment payment, subject to the following conditions: - The referred individual enrolls in the Program and completes the enrollment process - The referred individual’s payment successfully clears - The applicable refund or chargeback period has elapsed Referral bonuses are non-recurring, not guaranteed, and are paid solely at the Company’s discretion. 7.3 Limitations No bonuses are paid on recurring payments No multi-level or downstream commissions are offered Referral bonuses do not constitute wages, employment income, or an income opportunity 7.4 Modification or Termination The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Incentive Program at any time without notice.

Such access: - Is optional and not guaranteed - May be limited, delayed, or discontinued at any time - Does not constitute employment, placement, or guaranteed income - Is provided solely for educational, training, or referral incentive purposes Participants are responsible for any actions taken with leads or opportunities provided by the Company. The Company is not liable for any outcomes, results, or losses arising from use of such leads.

Participants may independently choose to engage in outreach activities using skills learned in the Program. Any such activities: - Are conducted independently - Are not directed, controlled, or supervised by the Company - Do not create an agency, employment, or representative relationship The Company is not responsible for the actions, communications, or outcomes of participant outreach activities.

Participants agree to: - Act ethically and lawfully - Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive statements - Respect other participants and Company representatives The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards, without refund.

All Program materials are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the Program, including but not limited to training materials, strategies, and business information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
